3. Follow the provided guide to enter necessary information from your receipt. You’ll need the purchase date, time, store number, cashier number, POS number, and transaction number.
4. Enter your email address at the bottom of the page and click “Next” to begin the survey.
5. Answer survey questions about your Albertsons shopping experience. Albertsons wants to know how you feel about the products offered, your customer service experience, your impression of the store overall, and any feedback you have for the Albertsons team.
6. When asked if you would like to enter the survey sweepstakes, select the “Yes” box.
7. Fill out a short list of personal information. Albertsons needs this information to contact you in the case that you become a sweepstakes winner. You’ll be asked for your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
